Inquire About This Cohort

The size of the cohort is a design decision.

Keeping cohorts small is not an operational constraint. It's a deliberate choice that affects the quality of every session. When a cohort is small, participants know each other's situations. Feedback is specific. Discussion is substantive. The peer dynamic that makes cohort-based work valuable only functions at a certain scale.

We review every inquiry individually to assess fit. Not every applicant is placed in the next available cohort. Placement is based on where you are in your re-entry journey and which cohort composition will serve you best.
